Slag pot, also called slag ladle, is a necessary equipment for metallurgical enterprises of steel production. Its process has to go through dozens of procedures, from the mold manufacturing, inspection, sand preparation, molding and core making to mold assembly, and from raw material preparation, proportioning, smelting, metal processing to pouring, sand shakeout, cleaning, heat treatment and test. Every process will affect the slag pot quality, and every step error is almost impossible to correct and compensate by later procedures.
